Sales Development Representative (Dutch-speaking) - SAAS
A fast-growing SAAS intelligence and technology company is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its commercial team in Belgium.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will take ownership of generating a qualified sales pipeline and creating strategic opportunities through structured outbound outreach. You will identify prospects, qualify leads, and coordinate high-quality meetings for senior sales and leadership teams.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach relevant prospects in target markets.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit for engagement.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales and leadership.
- Manage and maintain pipeline data in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently and ensure timely next steps.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
- Professional fluency in Dutch (required) and strong English skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Structured work habits and consistent follow-up discipline.
- Professional, resilient approach to outreach.
- Motivation to grow into a closing sales role.
